Experience behind the choices

I’m Andrew, the founder of Wedding of the Year and a former wedding photographer.

Over years of photographing weddings, I learned how much goes into making a day work. The photographs matter, but so do the conversations beforehand, the planning, the reliability and the attention paid to a couple’s wishes.

That experience taught me the kinds of things to look out for when choosing wedding suppliers. Beautiful examples of someone’s work are a starting point. Clear communication, an understanding of your plans and knowing what you’re getting for your money matter too.
